Welcome to Rottie Friends Rescue
Rottie Friends is a small not for profit, self-funding Rottweiler rescue, Rottweiler rehabilitation, Rottweiler rescue centre, and Rottweiler adoption service, based in Somerset UK.
Run by a behaviourist and trainer with over 20 years’ experience owning and training the breed assisted by a small group of dedicated volunteers.
We rehome and rehabilitate Rottweilers & Rottweiler cross breeds.
Our Rottweiler dog rescue centre rescues Rottweilers from homes that are no longer suitable, or from owners that no longer wish to keep this wonderful and misunderstood breed. It’s not cheap to rescue a Rottweiler, and we accept any donations you can give for Rottweiler rescue here in the UK.
All Rottweiler rescue dogs are assessed and receive some basic training. All homes are home checked and we pride ourselves in trying to match the right dog with the right home. All adult dogs are vaccinated, micro chipped and neutered prior to re-homing and all Rottweiler puppies go out on a spay / castrate contract.
Please read our re-homing procedures before you contact us.
If you are interested in our Rottweiler rescue dogs, or Rottweiler rescue adoption, please contact our Rottweiler rescue centre by emailing email@example.com or calling 07817809727.
Sadly, Ruby rottie owned by two of our fab foster crew lost her battle with bone cancer recently, she would have been 10 in March. She was a fab teacher to many of the rescue foster rotts that stayed in her home and a great ambassador for the breed with both people, children and dogs and is greatly missed. But her owner Adam has decided that Ruby would still want to help the rescue and to let her go out in style he has signed up to do a parachute jump! on May 7th in memory of her to raise funds for us. The jump has been paid for so any sponsorship comes directly to the rescue and will allow Ruby to carry on doing her bit. Please donate if you can however small either by using the donate button on the thanks and events page of this website or via our paypal address firstname.lastname@example.org please use the friends and family option and put (Ruby Jump) in the comments so we can add up to a grand total. Thank you
